72 Sales Last Week; Who Has the Best View for Fireworks?
Looks like Seattleites went on a shopping spree last week, gearing up to find a place to gaze at the fireworks; a whopping 72 condo and townhomes went pending! There were quite a few interesting units to choose from, including a space at the 16 unit boutique Three19, a Wallingford townhome, and a Pioneer Square condo ideal for screaming matches on game days.
A unit in the historic Florentine condominium building sold last week at 526 1st Ave S # 327 which was originally listed on my birthday back in October for $379,000, and sold on Friday for $335,000.
While the space itself is an impressive 1,644 sf, I chose to showcase this unit solely because of the floor to ceiling glass book shelves that line the wall as you enter. The covered balcony facing the stadium might be fun to egg on Sounders fans too! Hopefully the tenant is investing in an air horn.
This lovely 3 bed 2.5 bath Wallingford townhome located at 4414 Eastern Ave N sold for half a Mil, and comes with a jetted soaking tub and professionally designed rockery in the front with garden irrigation.
I love the peek-a-boo window that separates the kitchen and living room, it allows guests to marvel at the custom concrete counter tops and cherry cabinetry. The front patio and garden space are also a real treat for those beautiful summer days we’re hoping stick around here soon!
One of the units in the chic boutique Three19 condominium sold in Capitol Hill, and although it’s only around 876 sf, it’s got a very homey feel for a two bedroom and huge master with walk-in closet.
I lust after hardwood flooring, and these floors along with the wooded cabinetry and big stainless steel appliances make me melt. It also came with two covered parking spaces, which I’d imagine in Capitol Hill is a rare find!
