107 Unit Citizen Fully Leased Up In Less Than Four Months
Citizen Apartments on Capitol Hill which was completed on April 6th is now fully leased up according to a press release (see below) released yesterday.
Wallace Properties has successfully leased 100 percent of the 107 homes in its newest apartment community, Citizen of the Pike Pine, in less than four months after coming to market. The project is located at 1222 E. Madison in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle.
