Photos: A Look Inside of Aspira Seattle Apartment Homes

This is the view from one of the spacious top-floor penthouses at Aspira Seattle Apartment Homes, a luxury high-rise conveniently located near Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, and Belltown.  This huge high rise is filled with 325 units, all spanning 22 different floor plans and starting from open 1-bedrooms (596 square feet) to 2-bedroom penthouses (1,774 square feet).  Since the residential part of the building doesn’t begin until 90 feet above ground, a majority of the units offer unobstructed views of downtown Seattle.  Additionally, Aspira is the city’s first Four-Star Certified Built Green high-rise residential building!

Outside of the individual units, Aspira offers ample communal space including the entire 11th floor which offers a giant fitness gym, business center (equipped with computers), gourmet kitchen, media room (with a flat screen TV), and a large outdoor terrace.
