“Sexy Unique” Townhomes in Magnolia?

A number of new construction townhouses just came on the market in the Magnolia neighborhood. Seven to be exact. And the developer is hoping seven is their lucky number.

Playhouse Design Group, a Seattle firm that advertises “sexy unique” solutions, designed ‘Lucky Seven’  near 22nd Ave W. & Thorndyke Ave W.  The development consists of seven modern town homes that have “concrete floors, slabs of quartz”, fashionable fixtures, and other chic touches.

The Redfin listings that popped up today advertise homes with 3-bedrooms and 2.5 baths, ranging from 1,336 to 1,548 sq feet. The price points for those units: $399,000 to $449,000. From the pictures, the homes feature clean lines and open floors plans. I think the ‘Lucky Seven’ are simple and sharp. Are they sexy? Here are seven photos for you to judge…
