The Seattle Times this weekend gave a good rundown on what is and isn’t allowed in terms of marijuana consumption in apartments (and perhaps condos by proxy) – Mercer Island landlord tries to ban pot in apartment building.
Short answer looks like:

- Vaporizing: good to go
- Edible or liquid forms: good to go
