NY Style Loft in Belltown

I’m digging this loft in Belltown at 66 Bell St #306 (Belltown Lofts). 3 levels, 20′ ceilings, 500 square foot rooftop deck, custom kitchen. Feels a little pricey at $549k for 889 square feet though. They must be counting on that viaduct coming down and really improving the value. It last sold in 2004 for $415k.
