39-Story Apartment Almost One Step Closer to 2nd + Pine
Today the PSBJ reports that, Equity Residential moving forward with 39-story project in downtown Seattle:
The city of Seattle has tentatively scheduled an early design review meeting for a 39-story downtown apartment project by Equity Residential. The meeting is set for May 7, according to the city’s website.
The site is currently a parking lot and before that was going to be an epic hotel – condo project. Five and an half years ago we even attended a boozy affair with Barry Sternlicht. It is nice to see it from parking lot to something more! Even if it likely won’t have the epic penthouse originally envisioned.
