New Listing: Grown-Up Loft on Capitol Hill

This morning a handsome, grown-up loft (read: not tacky, half-assed design/finishes) hit the market at 615 E Pike–unit 302–for $537,500. It’s a 1,343 square-foot, 2-bed, 2.5-bath loft on two levels and it’s just a stone’s throw from several local hotspots, including the Honey Hole, Babeland and Sun Liquor.

In January, Matt blogged about the neighboring unit, #302, which sold for just over $565K. That unit is actually a little larger than #303, but is a 1-bed, 1.5-bath unit. In both cases, the sellers were the original owners from 1999, when the building was first completed. It’s always nice to see a condo where owners stick around, isn’t it?
