Our neighbor is selling her condo at Trace Lofts. Unit 202 is 663 square feet. 1 bedroom. 1 bathroom. And is priced at $299k. Perhaps we should buy it to combine with ours? :)

6/2/2011 – Notice posted on unit that it is now owned by Fannie Mae and that it needs to be vacated
7/6/2011 – Listed for sale on the MLS
8/1/2011 – Pending
9/29/2011 – Sold for $266,800
4/9/2013 – Listed for $299,950

Let’s just say we’ll be watching this one closely to see how underwater we are!
