Looks like quite the amenity list for the Joe aka Joseph Arnold Lofts going up in Belltown, built by the same developer as Mosler Lofts. I’m most impressed by the bike room!

If your roommate has four-legs, you’ll be glad to know Joe is very pet friendly. Furry friends will love the fresh air and stellar views from the Rooftop Pet Walk. Tails wag in approval at regularly maintained patches of natural grass.
