The Gym is Back. More Expensive Than Ever
The Gym at the West Queen Anne School is one of the coolest, if not the coolest, condos in Seattle. Designed by Eric Cobb it is incredible an nearly 3,000 square foot condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two patios.
The Gym last sold in 2011 for $1.75m (initial list price was $2.350m, it took two years to sell) and is now listed at $2.195m. It is hard to believe it has appreciated $445k in two years but I guess we’ll see.
