This mid-century modern in North Beach at 2340 NW 94th St caught our eye yesterday.
Bought in late 2008 for $770k it has had a studs out remodel and is now listed at $1,029,000. That gets you 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 3,260 square feet. I’m digging the floor to ceiling windows and wrap around deck but I’m unsure about the dark floors, cabinets and bathroom.
