PSBJ has a Q&A with Insignia’s sales guy, San Francisco-based condo marketer opening sales center in Seattle:

San Francisco real estate executive Alan Mark has sold 10,000 homes but he’s about to sell his first in Seattle.

This month, The Mark Co. plans to open its first sales center in Seattle to market Insignia, a 41-story condominium project.

He thinks now is a great time to start selling condominiums in downtown Seattle. If Insignia succeeds the way Mark thinks it will, it likely will launch a wave of condo construction and condo conversions.

The local condo marketers must be none too happy to have lost out to an out of towner.
