39 More Condos Coming to Ballard
We brought you news that inHaus is bringing 20 condos with Solo Lofts and Continental Properties is bringing 120 units with 20th Av. Today Curbed breaks the news that inHaus is bringing 39 more condos.
Saltworks, a 39-unit complex at 5601 20th Ave NW that they hope will “create an incubator for the next generation of creative people in Ballard.” The ground floor will consist of six live/work units while the five floors above it will contain 33 residential units.
