Phil alerted us to 7033 15th Ave NW deep in Ballard. A condo we wouldn’t have given a second glance due to the terrible exterior. However, it does have some interesting features making it a possible hidden gem for someone looking for live/work space.
1,200 square feet, 14′ ceilings, double doors that open to the garage, for $310,000. Granted, it has been on the market forever, initially starting at $359,000 so perhaps the $310k is flexible.
