Last week two lofts in the Austin Bell Building in Belltown hit the market.
Both are two story, full height lofts with massive windows.
The largest, and most interesting is unit 204. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,180 square feet. $645k. Killer views of the sound. This one has a relatively recently updated kitchen but it doesn’t feel very lofty. The bathrooms definitely need updating. And I’d update the railings too. Last sold in 1999 for $349,950.
If you’re on a budget there is unit 209. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 690 square feet. $289k. No view :(. Last sold in 2006 for $315k.
