Think those $750k townhouses popping up all over the Central District are overpriced? Here’s a real house, that is about the same price ($729k) but much bigger.
2002 E Jefferson St has 4 bedrooms, 2.25 bathrooms and 2,481 square feet. Also has a double car garage, something you won’t find with my townhouses. Built Green too. Too bad it doesn’t have a rooftop deck though.
