Where does Ryan Lewis live?? We now know.

Yesterday Redfin figured out that Ryan Lewis of, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis fame, bought a $3.3m house at 3035 Perkins Lane West in Magnolia. I have to say, it is a little more traditional looking than I would have thought!

I’m glad to see that he negotiated the price down from the last list price of $3.49m. Shockingly, this place was listed at $8.9m back in 2005.

It is rumored that Macklemore also recently bought on Capitol Hill but no one has been able to track down which house just yet.
