‘Folded Veil’ Apartments at the Sculpture Park
The PSBJ has a photo of the Selig’s ‘folded veil’ apartments that they’re proposing to build at 3031 Western Ave by the Sculpture Park. Design review is tonight at 5:30pm if you want to voice your opinion:
The project at 3031 Western Ave. will have 100 apartments and 50 to 75 stalls of underground parking. Jordan Selig, who is Martin Selig’s daughter, is heading up the project for her family’s company. She said the plan is to start construction in 2015. Rents have not yet been set.
