REO Flats Pricing and Now Pre-Leasing
Yesterday REO Flats, a Capitol Hill apartment we visited a few weeks ago, has released pricing ranges:
Studio: $1400 – $1900
Open one bedroom: $1650 – $2200
One bedroom: $1500 – $2200
Two bedroom: $3000 – $3500
And announced that they’re pre-leasing.
