If you’re tired of homes selling in a few days here’s a sweet rental. 1932 10th Ave E is on the north end of Capitol Hill. Sizeable at 2,830 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and wine room. Not cheap at $4,500/month but based on other rentals we’ve looked at in the price range, seems reasonable.
Sure wish the rental agent had splurged for $200 worth of professional photography though!
