Loads of light and plenty of outdoor space overlooking Downtown, Lake Union, and the Cascades at this 1958 Harvard Ave E condo with a townhouse feel.  At $800/mo., the HOA’s seem a little on the high side for this 8-unit property with seemingly few communal amenities.  And it looks like the owners are hoping for a 12.5% return on their investment, after the previous seller reduced the price twice to unload it just under a year ago.  I’m looking forward to seeing how long this one lingers on the market.

There are Open Houses this weekend on Saturday (1-3 pm) and Sunday (1-4 pm).  Bring your ideas for bathroom updates!  There’s a lot of black marble tile in the master, and a guest bath that looks like it was pulled from a different listing.
