UPDATED: New Queen Anne Apartments

By June 5, 2014

Apartments, Live/Work, Queen Anne

UPDATE: Caron saw our post and sent us some additional photos, which I’ve added below.  I also uncovered some pricing info.  The smallest studio (386 sq ft) currently rents for $1,350/mo. and the largest open one-bedroom (562 sq ft) is $1,675/mo.  There are two other options in between.  The live/work units are 601-659 sq ft are now renting for $1,625/mo.

Everyday, something new in Seattle! 306 Queen Anne is the latest multi-family building with live/work space from Caron, in collaboration with Gramor Development. There are 53 units in this “boutique-style” building (that’s a pretty big boutique, isn’t it?) just 2.5 blocks south of Mercer. Walkable to all Lower Queen Anne shops and restaurants, Seattle Center and Belltown, and a very quick bike or bus ride downtown.

Three commercial live/work loft units front the building. Inside, there are two studio and two one-bedroom styles to choose from, all with full-size washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen, laminate hardwoods, and one of three designer color palates. The rooftop deck has city views (for now) and, according to the write up on Caron’s site, gardening space.  No information was available on the price, but I’ll update you if I can find out.
