Seattle’s First Modular Apartment 35% Leased

N Habit in Belltown, downtown Seattle’s first modular apartment project, opened today and is already 35% leased. The 49-unit apartment and retail building was developed using next-generation modular construction with units “stacked” over two weekends last fall:
