You will pay for the space and central location as the rent is $5,395 per month, which doesn’t include parking. That amount affords you 1,548 sq ft and three entrances, including one that exists out onto Pine Street.

You might be able to tell from the photo above that the unit is below grade. That might spook some people but safety shouldn’t be a concern since Seattle Police Department’s East Precinct headquarters is literally eight feet to the north of the unit.
