Pricing Info and A Peek Into New 40-Story Skyscraper on Pine

Premiere on Pine, the new 40-story building next to the Paramount Theater, opened its leasing office this week and began pre-leasing its 386 residential units. Already, four apartments have been rented, sight unseen.
We stopped by the leasing office – located on 9th Ave between Pine and Pike Streets – to check things out. Since crews are still wrapping up construction, the building is not ready for a hard hat tour yet. However, you can see and feel some of the materials and fixtures that will be featured in the homes, including quartz countertops and soft-close cabinets…
There are 30 apartment layouts to choose from, including this one for a one bedroom, one bath unit spread out over 731 square feet. Below the layout are some apartment renderings…
The developer, Holland Partner Group, was definitely aiming for the upscale market with Premiere on Pine and the rents reflect that niche. Here are average apartment sizes and rental ranges. While these are not cheap by any means, hovering around $4 per square foot and above, I was surprised they weren’t higher given the location and the current market.
Studio: 456 sq ft – $1,639 – $1699
Open 1 bedroom 532 sq ft – $1,825 – $2,210
One bedroom 704 sq ft – $2,097 – $2,803
One bedroom + Den 773 sq ft – $2,517 – $2,677
One bedroom Loft 898 sq ft – $2,847
Two bedrooms 1,132 sq ft – $3,139 – $5,445
Two bedrooms, Two baths 1,349 sq ft – $5,481 – $6,025
Three bedrooms 1,516 sq ft – $6,181 – $6,231
Even though these are apartments, residents in the “penthouse” units on floors 34 through 39 will have some flexibility to customize their own home by putting in, at their own expense, their choice of range or refrigerator for example.
Leasing manager Brian Killian said Premiere on Pine, which will have a concierge and 24-hour doorman, will deliver a kind of luxury that is new to Seattle. He said he had already received more than 150 emails from folks who wanted more information about the apartments. Check out Premiere on Pine’s website for more info or drop Brian a line. He is super fast in responding.
Aside from the high-end apartments, Premiere on Pine promises some great amenities and common areas for residents to enjoy. Below are the layouts for the common areas on the 6th floor and the 40th floor, which will offer more than 3,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space for residents.
