New Listing Monday

I’m guessing most of you are wishing about now that this was a three day weekend. So put your precious time to good use and look at real estate.  I’ve picked 4 brand new listings for your pleasure.  Because of limited selection, I warn you in advance that they start at a million and work their way up to two.

Starting in Leschi, 3333 E Terrace St is a 3 bedroom, 3.25 bathroom, 2,080 square foot contemporary house listing for $969,500.  The interior and lake view more than make up for the lackluster exterior.  Just look at the pictures, it was hard to pick just a few.  Each bedroom also has a bathroom.  You would think that is the norm for this price level, but oddly not so.

$1,442,000 will buy this brand new home on Phinney Ridge at 118 NW 50th St.  For your money, you get 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (what did I just say).  Some very nice features, but I see signs of penny pinching.

1009 Western Ave, unit 1109 is at Waterfront Place.  That’s the condominium community atop an office building.  This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 2,857 square feet and lists for $1,725,000.  The bathroom and kitchen cabinets are dated, but that’s the worst thing I can say.  If you want to live downtown and still be above it all, this is the place.  Nice combination of open living spaces and private getaways.  Also, 2 fireplaces, and 2 garage parking spaces.

To wrap it up, we turn our attention to 12040 Riviera Place NE.  It’s on north Lake Washington, with 75 feet of waterfront and it’s own dock.  What more do you need to say?  $1,999,000 gets you 3 bedrooms, 3.25 bathrooms, 2,880 square feet, on a 0.39 acre lot.  Again it was hard to choose the pictures to highlight.
