Must See Open Houses: September 27th and 28th
This weekend there are 454 Open Houses scheduled. We’ll start with a modern in North Beach (which Matt likes), travel south to a Green Built renovation in Greenwood, go west to Loyal Heights (north Ballard), and finish with an affordable modern townhouse in southern West Seattle. First, I’m going to show a water view picture from 2411 NW Neptune Pl to try and get more views.
Neighborhood: North Beach
Open Houses: Saturday, Sept. 27, 11-1 pm; Sunday, Sept. 28, 1-4 pm
Listing at $1,224,550, this newly constructed modern has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3,240 square feet of living space. Rooftop deck has wonderful views, and the house includes all the comforts you would expect from this price range (except enough bathrooms). The downside is that it is on a 5,000 square foot lot in a area of large lots.

A newly renovated home by Green Canopy Homes, a local Green Built remodeling specialist. They took a rundown 1924 home and turned it into this stylish contemporary with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,300 square feet of living space. Listing for $749,950, it includes a detached studio and comes with a one car garage.

Listing for $849,950, this new contemporary by Sage Homes Northwest, has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,059 square feet. Well designed floor plan from what is shown, with flex space upstairs. Garage is off the alley, but one side of the house is next to the alley too. They did manage to include a fenced yard, even though it is a small lot.

Open Houses: Sunday, Sept. 28, 12-3 pm
Listing for $299,950, this 1,150 square foot modern style townhouse has 2 bedrooms, and 1.75 bathrooms. The master suite is an open loft overlooking the living area; oddly, the bathroom is not completely enclosed, not any of it. Second bedroom, with full bathroom, on the lower level, and an extra room. Great wood ceiling over the main and upper levels, polished concrete floors on the lower.
