Photos from Premiere on Pine Hard Hat Tour

Last month, we shared leasing details from Premiere on Pine, the new 40-story apartment building across the street from the Paramount Theater. Back then, we could only check out the leasing office. Now, the 15th floor is nearly complete and available for hard hat tours so we went for a closer look.
Whichever floor you live on, it won’t take very long to get there. The leasing manager says the Premiere on Pine boasts the fastest residential elevator in the city, zooming up and down at 1,000 feet a minute. I didn’t bring a stop watch but boy is it fast. Within seconds, we were at the 15th floor. (By the way, on our way to the lobby, we walked by the loading dock where new residents can pull up their moving trucks and unload their belongings. That will come in handy during move-in and move-outs).
Note in the photo below, a fob system operates all apartment doors so you won’t have traditional keys.
The design in the units is clean and contemporary, complemented by higher-end materials. In the kitchen, Grohe fixtures and Bosch appliances dominate, although the refrigerator, for some reason, is a different brand (Samsung).
The apartments on the 15th floor offer a glimpse of some of the 30 floor plans that residents can choose from throughout the building. We saw open one bedrooms, traditional one bedrooms and two bedrooms. In general, the size of the bedrooms and living rooms are standard for downtown buildings. They’re not huge but, fortunately, plenty of light streams in. It will be interesting to see the views in the upper floors.
