Sorry Neko, with Seattle getting more expensive, it’s just a matter of time before Tacoma will be discovered.  And they have some great condos, at great prices.

For only $339,900, you can buy this 1,107 square foot condo, with 2 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms.  Unit 801 at 1101 A  St. is on the top floor of downtown Tacoma’s historic Perkins Building.  This unit comes with basically everything: high ceilings, concrete walls and ceilings, large window with views, gas fireplace and wood burning stove, loft, second bedroom, hardwood floors, slate floors, high speed internet (this IS Tacoma, they don’t spend decades talking about doing something), and a garage parking space.  The only thing I can find fault with is the bathrooms; nice, but uninteresting.  Here’s the train schedule, or locate your next startup in Tacoma; you can probably find some great commercial space too.
