ArtHouse Apartments Opens In Belltown

Designed by NK Architects and developed by Pauls Corporation, Arthouse is a mixed use building a block from the waterfront.  There are a 139 units, with floor plans consisting of studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments; and three work/live lofts with a private exterior entry.  Ceiling high windows are standard, as are sustainable quartz countertops, low VOC paint and carpeting, and a in-unit laundry.  Amenities include electric car charging stations, bicycle storage and common areas including a lobby lounge, fitness center, fresh-air pet patio, and dedicated conference space.  Many units, and the community terraces, have water views.  These pictures were taken by Aaron Leitz.

I used to live in the building next door and it’s an easy walk to Pike Place Market, the rest of Belltown, Seattle Center, and even downtown.
