4700 51St Place SW lists for $575,000.  It has 3 bedrooms, 2.25 bathrooms, 2,020 square feet, all on a 10,440 square foot lot.  Fireplaces up and down, and a deck off the breakfast area.  I love the cabinet in the bathroom.  Popcorn ceiling in the living room could be easily covered with 1/4  drywall.  Cabinets in the kitchen have beautiful wood grain that you can’t get anymore.  Large yard.

4001 SW Concord St lists $550,000.  You get 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and 2,900 square feet.  All on a 8,504 square foot lot.  Great wood floors, large kitchen with breakfast area, and a large terraced backyard  The best views are from the upper terrace, but there is already a gazebo up there and it looks like power has been run to it.
