Renderings of 422 Summit Ave E
Below are some renderings for 422 Summit Ave E a 48 unit apartment building that should be done by April. We hear it’l be renting for $3/square foot.
It is being developed by InCity Properties and designed by Runberg Architecture. From Runberg’s site:
This mid-block site is located on the west slope of Seattle’s vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood overlooking downtown, Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountain Range beyond. By designating a portion of the units as affordable, workforce housing and achieving LEED-H Silver certification, the project increased its allowable FAR and height. Upper-level mezzanine units, a roof-top Lounge, and a shared roof deck take full advantage of the stunning views. The residential units were designed as regular, rectangular modules for construction efficiency. The exterior design is a modern, singular expression with large windows that bring light, fresh air, and views into the living spaces. The 2-story townhouse units along Summit Ave E have raised stoops, screened by landscaping. Underground parking for 9 stalls is accessed from the street. An additional 4 stalls of covered parking are accessed from the alley.
Thanks to Eva at BuzzBuzzHomes for a heads up.
