If you’re thinking of buying at Luma, the new condo coming to First Hill, here are some dates to keep in mind:

Mid-May: Specific home pricing available
Mid-May: Purchase & Sale Agreements and Public Offering Statement available
June 1: Luma homes available for contracting

You’ll also want to budget some time in there to find an agent and work with your lender so you’re ready to go on day one and not scrambling to get pre-approved for a loan.

The Luma website has been expanded! Take a look at LiveLuma.com. All floor plans are available in an interactive floor plan finder with price ranges per home. Renderings of amenities and home interiors have been added with full descriptions and images of interior color palettes. Also be sure to check out the broker section of the Luma website with a special document library to help you as you work with your clients. You’ll find a PDF of an overview flyer, floor plans separated by unit type and the Luma brochure, all ready for download.
