Reminder that Luma sales start in a week. If you have your eye on a particular unit better get your ducks in a row right after the holiday weekend.

Sales Process

Given strong buyer interest in purchasing at Luma, we will begin accepting offers on June 1 using a Priority Unit Selection Agreement. This offer agreement will allow buyers to identify their preferred home(s) and offer price, based on Luma established pricing. All Priority Unit Selection Agreements must be received by 6:00 pm on June 1 at the Luma Sales Center (907 E. Pike Street) and include an earnest money check for $5,000 and a prequalification letter from one of Luma’s preferred lenders. All buyers and their brokers will be notified within 24 hours if their offer is accepted and a Purchase and Sale Agreement will immediately be sent to you for use with your client.

Preferred pricing

Luma is pleased to offer select upgrades on home interior finishes at preferred contractor pricing for all contracts completed by June 5, 2015. For example, buyers interested in upgrading countertops in kitchens or bathrooms, including adding a waterfall edge in kitchens can do so by June 5th at a substantial savings.
