Penthouses at Chophouse Row
Chophouse Row, a Dunn + Hobbes project, has three penthouses atop 25,000 square feet of office space and 5,500 square feet of retail.
Those penthouses are now for rent. They’re asking $4,600 a month for 1,379 square foot places with amazing views. I’m not sure, but I think one is already leased and only two are now available.
Penthouse apartment with extensive walk-out deck, views of downtown and Mt. Rainier, atop the brand new Chophouse Row building at 11th & Pike.
One bedroom plus large den, two bathrooms, walk-in closets, custom floating walnut cabinets and shelving, walk-in glass showers, heated concrete floors. Gas hookup on deck.
Parking available. Ready for June 1st move-in. Free rent for the month of June as well as free membership to private club (please inquire).
What is the story on the private club?? I suspect it is tied to The Cloud Room.
Here is who you’d be sharing the building with (from the DJC,Chophouse Row opens with retail, office and 3 penthouses):
There are four tenants. Mazlo created a mobile app that connects people with coaches who help them change behavioral habits. Glympse lets users share their locations on a map in real time. Tectonic is a software design firm with offices in Seattle and Boston. The Cloud Room is a co-working space that doubles as a social club and event space.
The retail is designed as an “open market” at street level, including the alley and courtyard.
Dunn & Hobbes said two retailers are already open: a garden store called Niche Outside, and Kurt Farm Shop, which sells ice cream, cheese and plant starts.
Three other retailers will open soon. One is a small-batch bakery called Amandine. Matt Dillon and Marc Papineau are opening a restaurant called Upper Bar Ferd’nand, the sequel to Dillon’s Bar Ferd’nand at Melrose Market. It will focuses on dry-aged and cured meats, and local seafood. Ericka Burke is opening Chop Shop Cafe & Bar, which will have a seasonal menu and a juice bar with a grab-and-go section.
We sure wish they had better photos.
