A cool mid-century just hit the market in Seward Park at 5112 S Juneau St. It has some nice features like sustainable cork flooring and a custom barn door. According to their agent, Chad Dierickx, the owners have created a revenue stream by using their 3rd bedroom as an Airbnb generating around $1,700 a month (!!!). He also said the current owners have spent over $75K on renovations and upgrades since purchasing the home for $461k in 2013.

I like the open main floor layout and corner fireplace. It’s rare to have a true master in houses of this vintage, which is a nice plus too.

Open this Saturday from 2 to 4mp and Sunday from 1 to 4pm.
