Does Your Condo Have a Pot Problem?

Many of the new condos (and apartments) ban smoking but some of the older buildings do not. Or they ban it in the common areas, but not in units. So what to do if your building has a smoking or pot problem?

Fortunately the Washington Post dug into this issue today: How should condos regulate legal pot use?

Whether one type of smoke is better or worse is probably not the issue. The issue will be regulating smoking in condominium buildings where the smoking of one adversely affects neighbors in the same building. The rules and regulations of condominium buildings and other common ownership associations are there to specifically minimize problems between owners. How those are implemented is a different issue.
