Quick update on sales numbers for new construction projects in the area.

Sales for the projects we have received updates from have slowed, with the exception of Vik, and possibly Luma, but Luma is going to update on sales numbers until the end of the year.

This update we’re adding Hyde, a new condo development on Phinney Ridge, that has one presale.

Selling Now

Fort Lawton – 15% pending
26 houses, 3 pending, 1 closed (+2 since last month)
Move in date: as they sell.
Notes: The first closing was for $1m+. Next week 4420 and 4422 with more coming.

Gridiron – 14% reserved
107 units, 15 reservations (-1 since last month)
Move in date: 2017

Hyde Condos – 3%
32 units, 1 pre-sale
Move in date: fall 2016

Insignia North Tower – 77% pending
348 units, 268 pending (+4 since last month)
Move in date: summer 2016

Insignia South Tower – 86% pending & closed
350 units, 11 in escrow, 290 closed (+4 since last month)
Move in date: now

Luma – 16% sold
168 units, 27 pending (as of 9/1/15, only reporting quarterly, update expected at the end of the year)
Move in date: 2016

Residences at Fairview – 67% sold
21 units, 5 reserved, 3 pending, 6 closed
Note: sales on hold for now, will resume when phase 2 homes are finished in late spring/summer 2016

Solo Lofts – 90% pending
20 units, 17 pending
Move in date: December

Vik Ballard – 86% pending
