Pearl Jam Party Pad

Avalon

Here’s your chance to live like a rockstar and own a piece of Seattle rock history!

Unit #39 at the Avalon is back on the market after being on and off the market for years.

Originally belonging to Jeff Ament of Pearl Jam, he took two units and combined them to create a monster loft in the Avalon, a co-op built in 1908.

From our last post on this place:

It really is a genuine bit of history, not only because the remodel work was done by someone who befriended Jeff before PJ got huge, but because Jeff lived there back in the day too – in the Cameron Crowe movie PJ2o Stone describes how he went over there so he and Jeff could have a first listen to the audition tape mailed in by Eddie Vedder.

The loft is 1,186 square feet and has 1 bathroom, it is listed at $489k.

I saw this home when it was last on the market at the end of last year. It is a unique place, views of the Needle, good lower Queen Anne location, but the building is an older one.
