Seattle’s 10 Largest Apartments in 2015

While in 2014 we saw a total of 43 major multi-family developments (50+ units) delivered to market – projects that added nearly 6,400 new apartments – this segment has delivered considerably less new inventory throughout 2015.

A total of 26 large developments (counting 50 or more units) were delivered in 2015, adding 4,279 new apartments to the local inventory. Moreover, it seems that a select few projects did all the heavy lifting, with 60% of these units being part of the 10 biggest apartment projects completed in 2015, ranking led by Premiere on Pine who alone delivered 386 new rental units.
