We just got back from a hardhat tour of Luma, the 167-unit condo building going up on First Hill. The views are incredible and the units are gorgeous. Check out our photos. But act fast if you’re interested, they sold 11 last month and are now 40% sold. Move in this summer.
It was a good week for lofts! You have your pick of a ground floor one at Brix or top floor at Trace North or there’s another in Wallingford.
What else caught our eye? The views from this Concord penthouse, the clean lines of unit 207 and 227 at Lumen, some land on Interlaken, and this Meadowbrook MCM.
How hot is Capitol Hill? We wrote a couple offers this week and lost out on all of them :(. We suspect all places went for 10-15% over what we thought were fair listing prices; it is a hot market! Tip: look at homes well below your upper price limit so you have the spending ability to be competitive in a bidding war.
