Did Flipping Insignia South Units Pay Off?

We noticed how quickly a flipped unit at Insignia went pending the other day and decided to dig into resales at Insignia to see how many there were and how they worked out for the sellers.

My takeaway is that flipping hasn’t been super profitable if you figure 8% in transaction costs to sell (ignoring your costs on the purchase).

If you want to buy at Insignia you still can. They are 85% sold and have just under 100 units left (all 2 bedrooms, last time we checked.) We’ve helped others at Insignia and would be happy to help you.
