I swung by the broker’s open for 3610 60th Ave SW and saw the views are even more incredible than pictured. The home is pretty amazing too!

Priced at $1,750,000 it is 3,848 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3.25 bathrooms and tons of entertaining space indoor, and outdoor.

We of course love the west views over the Sound but also lvoe the indoor/outdoor fireplace, NanaWall that brings the outdoors in, spacious chef’s kitchen and just that it has so much space.

While only on the market a day there were a ton of business cards from agents who had already visited it.

West Seattle food tip: on the way back to Seattle I swung by Swinery for a bacon and pork belly sandwich. Super spendy at $15, but totally worth it.
