Eventide on Sunset Hill by Denizen

By April 9, 2016

Ballard

Development firm Denizen, has a new development in Ballard on Sunset Hill named Eventide. The meaning of Eventide is, “evening or the end of the day. Synonymous with sunset.”

The highlights are:

Location: the quiet, desirable Sunset Hill area, walking and biking distance to Ballard’s central district. Several units enjoy unobstructed views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound.

Outdoor living: spacious, private roof decks ready for outdoor entertaining complete with gas and water, strolling distance to Golden Gardens Park, Shilshole Marina and Ray’s Boathouse.

Flexible space: two of the homes are live/work, and the other four are townhomes. Floorplan choices range from approximately 1,010 – 1,540 square feet, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and 1.5 to 2.5 baths.

Quality: aesthetically pleasing with high quality finishes, and built to last by going beyond code on construction techniques and energy efficiency.

Convenient parking: four of the units include a carport, and street parking is plentiful.
Views: Expansive views of the Aurora Bridge, Ship Canal, Downtown Seattle, Mt. Rainier, Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains.

Estimated completion is June. Interior photos on their site and Redfin are of past projects. Here’s a video they produced of the project and surrounding area.
