It’s no secret that a good number of Seattlites consider their four-legged friends during their housing search. Proximity to dog parks, rooftop dog runs, and washing stations are all making their way onto the list of most-wanted amenities.

Here at Urbnlivn, we love our dogs just as much as the next homeowner or renter. We scoured real estate listings to find some of the best buildings – both to own or to rent – for dog owners. Keep in mind, some of these building may include additional fees for the maintenance of these awesome dog perks.

To Lease:

True North Apartments: Their rooftop includes covered seating for you and agility equipment for dogs on their rooftop dog run.
Rivet: Your dog will enjoy a dog run with obstacles and toys while you cook up dinner on the rooftop’s dual BBQ’s.
Premiere on Pine: Their indoor-outdoor dog lounge includes room to play, free tennis balls, and even fire hydrants on the lawn.
AVA Ballard: Not only do they offer an on-site dog run, but they participate in WAG The Pet Program and host social events for their residents such as Yappy Hours and Doggie Paddle Pool Parties.
Dimension: These luxury units include a rooftop dog run and relief area.

To Own:

The Cristalla: This building offers a rooftop terrance, complete with dog run, in Downtown Seattle.
Gallery Condominiums: These Belltown condos include a private dog park and dog washing station.
Escala: Their dog run is covered to protect from the rain and also has a smaller relief area.
Vik: Located in Ballard, these residences include a rooftop dog run.
