Two, very expensive condos, changed status this week.

First off was a penthouse at Escala that was the inspiration for 50 Shades of Grey. It hit the market, four people looked at it, and then it went pending! It went pending so fast we didn’t have time to blog it up. Read more at the PSBJ, ’50 Shades of Grey’ condo sells in snap.

The other big one was the last unsold unit at the Four Seasons, which was completed in 2008, finally got snapped up, Four Seasons penthouse sells for $7.15M.
