We haven’t featured a lot of townhomes over the last year or so because so many of them either look the same or drive us crazy. So it was refreshing to see 710 D 14th Ave hit the market this week.

Designed and built by architect-builder firm Malboeuf Bowie, this four-pack of townhomes breaks the mold! With crazy slanted windows, bright white finishes and a rooftop deck with views over the city, it looks pretty sweet.

We need more developers to take risks like this!

The front one is listed at $795k and is 1,421 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
