unit 400C at the Park Modern in Ravenna hit the market last night. I have to say that I just love this building! I wish someone was building boutique condos like this on Capitol Hill, Eastlake, Fremont, Wallingford, Queen Anne. (I know, I know, we should just start an Urban Living development arm.)

Anyhow, this unit is 746 square feet with one bedroom one bathroom and some great outdoor space. While built in 2007, it certainly doesn’t look like it. It is listed for $489k.

Designed by Build LLC, the Park Modern is a mixed use building of 10 condominiums, 2 town homes, and 3 commercial spaces in Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood.
