Another modern farmhouse! This one is a big one and just blocks away from the heart of Fremont (and Google, Tableau, Brooks, etc).

What is remarkable about this home is that it doesn’t look like the typical Seattle box but yet still boasts a rooftop deck. They also didn’t go with Hardie panels, which every new home is doing, instead opting for wood and metal siding.

Priced at $1.99m it’ll be interesting to see how fast it sells. That Wallingford farmhouse that was listed at $1.58m sold for $1.6m in December and was only 2,900 square feet.
